This 4-part workshop (each session is also standalone) is designed to gently guide you deeper into present-moment awareness, self-observation, and lasting inner connection. Each session will include yogic breathing exercises (pranayama), gentle postures (asana), and vipassana meditation.

WORKSHOP 1: Laying the Foundation Sunday, June 8th 10:30-11:30am We begin by anchoring ourselves in the present moment through mindful breathing and meditation. WORKSHOP 2: Deepening Awareness Sunday, June 22nd 10:30-11:30am Building upon our foundation, we turn our attention to observing the flow of thoughts, emotions, and reactions without attachment. WORKSHOP 3: Integrating Presence Sunday, July 6th 10:30-11:30am This month, we move from inner observation to outward compassion.
