About the event
Come and enjoy an afternoon of deeply restorative chakra healing, reiki, and sound journey. We will be opening a sacred container for sharing shamanic & yogic techniques to clear, balance, and restore our energies that support a deep state of healing & relaxation. Energy healing and chakra attunement will be provided by Reiki and the sounds of ethereal instruments including the Grotta Sonora Dream Catcher Gong, Elk Hide Shamanic Drum, Native American Flute, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and Didgeridoos. The entire experience will help bring about a deeper state of healing and inner peace.
Recommended Preparations:
Wear comfortable clothing
Please feel free to bring crystals to charge our space.
Bring a journal, pens, and paper for note making and journaling.
Have tea/water accessible to you for hydration
