MY STORY
Hi! My name is Kinjal Shah. My first yoga class was when I was about 10 years old. Since then I have left and returned to yoga many times. Yoga saved my life about 12 years ago when I was searching for how to heal from an autoimmune disorder. Since then it has become a part of my lifestyle. Helping people maximize their health, wellbeing, and happiness is at the center of my mission
